The areas we serve continuously are Asyut, Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Sohag, Minya, Luxor, Aswan, Mansoura and Hurghada. If your governorate is not on the list, message us on WhatsApp and we will see what we can arrange.

Shipping cost

Shipping is priced by governorate and shown at checkout before you confirm. There are no hidden fees.

In-store pickup

You can collect from our shop in Asyut — Taqsim El-Hoquqeyeen — and inspect the machine before taking it. Call 01096750030 and we'll have it ready.

You receive an order number after checkout. Track your order any time from the order tracking page using that number and your phone number.
