If the machine has a manufacturing defect

Within the warranty period we repair or replace it at no charge. See the warranty page for details.

If the machine differs from its description

If the condition or specification differs from the product page, contact us immediately and we will exchange it or refund you in full. That is your right.

If you change your mind

Contact us on WhatsApp 01096750030 as soon as possible after delivery and we will see what we can do. The machine must be in the same condition with all accessories and its box.

Exclusions

• Items modified or opened outside our shop.
• Items with physical or liquid damage occurring after delivery.

How to return

1. Call or WhatsApp 01096750030.
2. Give us your order number and the reason.
3. We agree how to collect the machine.
4. After inspection we complete the exchange or refund.
