Cash on delivery is available — you pay the courier when your order arrives. You can also inspect and collect in person at our shop in Taqsim El-Hoquqeyeen.

Most machines are used imports from Europe. Every product page states the condition grade (A+/A/B/C) and the battery health. We also stock refurbished, open-box and new items, each labelled clearly.

A+ means as-new with no marks. A means excellent with very light wear. B means good with light visible scratches. C means fair with clear marks on the chassis. The grade describes cosmetics only — every machine is tested to work correctly regardless of grade.

Battery health compares the current capacity to the original capacity when new. 85% means the battery holds 85% of its original charge. Anything above 80% is considered good for daily use.

If a machine has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period we repair or replace it. If you simply change your mind, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do. The machine must be in its original condition with all accessories.

One month against manufacturing defects on every machine. Some refurbished items carry a longer warranty, stated on the product page. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage or misuse.
