Duration

One month against manufacturing defects on every machine.

Some refurbished or open-box items carry a longer warranty; the duration is stated on the product page.

What is covered

• Motherboard, CPU or GPU faults.
• Screen faults not caused by impact.
• Keyboard, trackpad or port faults.
• Fan and cooling faults.

What is not covered

• Impact, drops or any physical damage.
• Liquid damage.
• Misuse, or opening/repair outside our shop.
• The battery — its health is stated before purchase and degrades naturally over time.
• Software, operating system and viruses.

How to claim

Call or WhatsApp 01096750030 with your order number and the machine's serial number, and describe the fault. We'll arrange to receive and test the machine. If the fault is covered we repair or replace it at no charge.

Important

Your machine's serial number is recorded with us and printed on your invoice. Please keep the invoice.
